Dye Sublimation
Stanchion belt printing can be completed using one of two techniques. Dye sublimation (Dye-sub) printing or silk screen printing. Dye sublimation is a digital printing process used to create complex graphics and gradients onto a fabric. We can Dye-sub anything an ink jet printer can print. You should use Dye-sub printing when you have a custom belt color, complex graphics, gradients and more than one color. Dye-sub can be used to print large or small quantities.
Silk Screening
Silk screen printing is very similar to stencil painting. Ink is applied over a stencil and ink is applied to the surface in the desired areas. It produces crisp but simple graphics. This stanchion belt printing technique should be used for simple graphics, text, 1 graphic color over a standard belt color and for larger order quantities.
