The Skipper Cone Mount Retractable Barrier is a unique versatile barrier for the modern approach to trafic and facilities management. Skippers fully retractable 29' tape enables all areas to be quickly and cost effectively closed off, time and time again. Skipper mounts to Traffic Cones, has a locking Button to prevent unwanted spooling due to wind, has an end clip that can attach to other Skipper units, a wall receiving plate, or it can wrap around a post/fence/etc. and clip onto itself. It has a Removable top for additional attachments (i.e. Sign Frame or Light). It is made of solid construction, so it will hold up in the harshest conditions.
