Electronic Line Management System

Electronic line management begins with a 'first come first served' single line configuration created with any of Lawrence's range of customers guidance barriers. The Electronic component manages the distribution of waiting customers from the line to available service positions.

1. The attendant operator activates the push button call switch when they have finished serving the current customer.
2. The central display unit (CDU) at the head of the line switches from inactive to active mode & shows the position number now available. A simultaneous audio message invites the customer to proceed to the free position.
3. The positional display unit(PDU) can be set to show flashing arrows indicating to the customers the direction of the free serving position.
4. The CDU reverts to inactive mode and the PDU's revert to displaying their position numbers.

How Electronic Line Management System speeds the line:
**Ensures the customer next in line is immediately aware when a service position becomes available.
**Shows the customer where the next available position is.
**The next customer can be called forward immediately on completion of service while allowing enough time for the previous customer to clear the service position.

The eQ System components combine both central & positional displays, a hub which contains all system utilities, & push-button call switches. Each hub drives up to 12 positional displays. By utilizing slave hubs further displays can be added to provide unlimited additional positions. Message & advanced functions can be programmed into the central display via easy to use software.

Screen Options: Utilizing 17" LED or LCD screen technology, the LCD screen allows for full multi-media possibilities.
Message Options: Screen colors, graphics & content are all configurable, standard templates or custom graphics can be used. Text size, arrow style, background & foreground colors can be altered & updated at any time.
Smooth Text Movement: LED text scrolling employs non-flicker technology for smooth messages in single or multiple colors.
Screen Templates: Screen can display static, flashing or scrolling messages in single or multiple colors.
Position Numbers: When a position call switch is activated the appropriate position number is displayed.
Arrows: Indicate the direction from the CDU which position is available.
